What is the Landspeed Development Consultancy?
Offering services linked to every stage of the land, planning and development process, the Consultancy is the sole trading identity of Ted Reddick who enjoyed over 16 years in the land acquisition role for principal national house-builders including Wimpey, Crest and Alfred McAlpine.
Since commencing training with Wimpey Homes Southampton in 1982, Ted was latterly employed as a Land & Planning Director, responsible for the management and co-ordination of the whole land acquisition process from initial site identification and appraisal, through cost viability, legal and planning and up to the point of site start.
Ted was responsible for the direct management of over 100 immediate and strategic development sites, throughout the south of England, through this period - gaining valuable experience and knowledge in a number of areas. Such experience has since been translated into a range of services that have been successfully used by landowners, planning consultants, architects, agents and developers.
