Originally established to speed up the land acquisition process, the Landspeed name encompassess two consultancies - offering advice in all aspects of residential development and affordable housing - as well as a dedicated affordable housing development and enabling company.

This knowledge can assist in ensuring the appropriate planning policies are respected, whilst 'bridging the gap' with commercially oriented organisations.
