We at Landspeed Affordable Homes have many years experience in dealing with shared ownership properties and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions may address some of your queries. To view these frequently asked questions click here.

What is Shared Ownership?
An affordable way to get onto the property ladder.

Through our schemes you will initially buy a share of a leasehold property, based on no more than 75% of the open market value.

Your purchase can be funded by a mortgage but unlike other schemes, we do not charge rent on the unsold part (apart from an annual ground rent).

We are presently (November 2008) working on bringing forward a number of schemes delivering, in excess of 300 affordable units, across England.

We presently have 5 shared ownership apartments available in central Birmingham priced at 70% of open market value. We also have a number of luxury apartments available in Haywards Heath, Sussex which can be secured at 75% of open market value.

Planning has recently been granted for 2 two bedroom houses alongside 2 luxury homes in the village of Clapham near Exeter.
